How this dashboard works, and what happens to your data

What it does. Upload a hashed HUD CSV export (.zip) and the engine computes the full analysis (measure values, every data-quality report, the score and grade) in a single request and returns it as one page. Work the "clients that need fixing first" list, check clients off as you correct them in your HMIS, and watch the score respond.

What happens to your data. Your file is unpacked into a private temporary folder, analyzed, and deleted before the results page is returned to you. Nothing is stored, logged, or shared: no accounts, no database, no copies. A background sweeper also removes any temporary folder older than ten minutes in case a request is ever interrupted, and the workspace is wiped on every restart. The only thing we count is usage: the anonymous visitor and analyses-run tallies at the bottom of the page, deduplicated with a one-way daily hash; no IP addresses or identities are stored.

Data stewardship. We only accept hashed exports (Export HashStatus 2, 3, or 4), so names and SSNs never leave your HMIS at all. Send the minimum; that is the point. Your "fixed in HMIS" check-offs and theme choice live only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted.

The demo CoCs are fully synthetic: every person, date, and ID is fabricated.

How to use it. 1) Export a hashed HUD CSV from your HMIS and upload the .zip (or open a demo CoC first). 2) In the console, pick a measure and start with the "clients that need fixing first" list, or hit ⬇ Fix list for a CSV your data team can work from. 3) Every report explains why it matters and exactly how to fix it. 4) Make the corrections in your HMIS, check clients off in the console, and watch the score and grade respond. 5) Re-export and re-upload any time to see your real progress. The ? Guide button in the console walks through the same steps.

Built with Claude Fable 5. Both sites (SysPM and LSA) were built with Anthropic's Claude Fable 5 working alongside GaitherDyn, the parent company behind these tools; the calculation engine is validated against real HMIS vendor reports.

As-is. This tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is an independent GaitherDyn tool, not HUD software; validate results against your HMIS vendor's official reports before acting on them.
